Established on Jan 8th 1983, PT Karya Baja Tehnik is a Steel fabricator & erector company specializing in Hydromechanical & Penstocks Projects for Dams and Hydro Plant.

During the first years of our establishment, most of our projects generally dealt with manufacturing and installing custom Irrigation Floodgates. Since then, we have been continuosly developing our internal matters by improving our human resources’ skills & renewing the work facilities to an up to date ones in order to deliver the best quality of works & to maintain customers’ trust which has been given to us.

In adittion to the longer accomplished projects’ list, we gained the credibility to get involved in more complex projects such as Dams & Tunnels which are mostly located in very remote areas and require a high precision fabrication proccess untill the exact manual method of erection procedures where some locations can not be reached by heavy duty vehicles

Today PT Karya Baja Tehnik has grown into a few divisions :

2. Weir & Irrigation Gates Divisio
3. Steel Construction & Structure Divison
